Susan Wisialko
Susan created Global Infrastructure Finance LLC to buy listed bonds with a daily market price that support the development of infrastructure across emerging markets globally. Why? Because these bonds produce among the highest returns in USD fixed income and they can make a difference in people’s lives by financing the delivery of critical services. Imagine access to an ambulance on a toll road where the national highways don’t have ambulances to respond to accidents. Imagine consistent and dependable electricity generated by renewable energy. Imagine access to electronic payment systems without owning a bank account. After decades of experience in the US Debt Capital Markets she realized there is an exceptional investment opportunity in this underinvested, overlooked and underappreciated asset class.
Chris Papetti
Chris is responsible for the design, implementation and management of the non-investment areas of the business, including compliance, operations, risk, finance and technology. He has 25 years of operational and risk management experience. Chris designed and implemented operational growth and modernization projects including new valuation platforms and the development and management of asset pricing policies. He coordinated annual accounting audits and board review, as well as periodic SEC reviews. Chris leverages external and internal relationships to promote improvements and remove barriers to protect investor capital.
